About Mei
“Warm and evidence-informed — you decide what we talk about and how deep we go.”
I work with adults navigating eating concerns and depression. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.
My style is warm, evidence-informed. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
Areas of interest
Works with: Adults (18–64) · Adolescents (12–17)
