I work with adults navigating life transitions and depression. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. We usually begin by mapping what's going on, then agree together on what to focus on.
My style is evidence-informed, client-centred, warm. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
