I work with adults navigating addiction and substance use and self-esteem. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. We usually begin by mapping what's going on, then agree together on what to focus on.
My style is reflective, warm. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
