I work with adults navigating life transitions and grief and loss. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Expect questions, not verdicts — you're the expert on your own life.
My style is boundary-aware, trauma-informed, collaborative. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
