I work with adults navigating anxiety and work-related issues. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. We usually begin by mapping what's going on, then agree together on what to focus on.
My style is direct, reflective, practical. Nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
