I work with adults navigating relationship issues and anxiety. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. We usually begin by mapping what's going on, then agree together on what to focus on.
My style is trauma-informed, client-centred. Nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
