I work with adults navigating eating concerns and relationship issues. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Expect questions, not verdicts — you're the expert on your own life.
My style is practical, compassionate. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
