About Olivia
“Solution-focused and trauma-informed — nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable.”
I work with adults navigating depression and stress and burnout. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Expect questions, not verdicts — you're the expert on your own life.
My style is solution-focused, trauma-informed. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
