I work with adults navigating relationship issues and self-esteem. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.
My style is trauma-informed, client-centred. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
