I work with adults navigating perinatal mental health and stress and burnout. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.
My style is structured, collaborative, solution-focused, direct. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
