About Linh

Culturally responsive and trauma-informed — you decide what we talk about and how deep we go.

I work with adults navigating grief and loss and anxiety. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.

My style is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, structured. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
