I work with adults navigating ADHD support (adult) and depression. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. We usually begin by mapping what's going on, then agree together on what to focus on.
My style is structured, trauma-informed, collaborative, solution-focused. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
