People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.
My style is client-centred, culturally responsive, structured. Nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
