I work with adults navigating autism support (adult) and work-related issues. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Expect questions, not verdicts — you're the expert on your own life.
My style is evidence-informed, practical, direct. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
